happy anniversary tag

Today is the last DT Wednesday at SP and Company before our next stamp release blog hop starting the 7th!

I made a cute anniversary tag using the Kokimo background stamp and a polymer clay flower.


(by the way, that sentiment is from the new my thoughts exactly release!)
