Tuesday Trigger- Luminous Layers

Hey everyone- I've got a card to share for this week's Tuesday Trigger. Check out the inspiration photo, below:

While creating, I tried to channel Amy, the master of mixing color and pattern (although in the end I cheated and ended up using papers from the same collection)
