CASE Study

Good morning!  I have some exciting news....I'm the new muse at CASE Study!  I was blown away when Chupa asked me- I didn't know what to say other than "yes!"

Below is the card for this week's challenge...


And here is my re-interpretation of it:

    This card is OUTSTANDING!!!! Did you hand-cut those balloons or is there a punch for this shape? They look truly amazing. :)
