I'm so happy to be joining the festivities over at CASE Study for their 2nd Anniversary! I was one of their muses earlier this year, so the lovey Chupa asked me to be a part of the hop :)
If you didn't get here via Maureen, you can go back to the beginning.
The challenge is "Think Out of the Box," and make something you normally wouldn't make. Since everything I make is clean and simple, I decided to push myself and make a vintage card. (I tried to channel my inner Kim Duran!)
----CARD REMOVED FOR PUBLICATION----
I still stuck with what I was comfortable with (white card base!) then ventured into new territory with muted colors, lots of layers, and "stuff" (doily, hand icon, stitching, mini clothespin). I used paper from the gorgeous Everyday Eclectic collection from Echo Park (I'm winking at you, Amy!)
I really like it- kinda like a CAS vintage.
Your next stop on the hop is Laurie. Run along now....
It's a CAS with a modern flair and a bit of CAS feel to it too. It's truly amazing!! And the stitching... EEEEK! Big love :) Thanks so much for helping us celebrate! xxx
