I love the layered t-shirts, the shoes that look like taxi cabs, the black and white stripes, and the short yellow skirt. Here's what I came up with:
I used computer paper on top of the striped background so that you can see through it a bit- just like how you can see through the white shirt to the stripes beneath in the inspiration photo. I tried vellum first, but it was wayyyy too translucent.
I think the DT outdid themselves this time...you will be impressed with their contributions! (well, hopefully you're always impressed, right?):
