A Runway Inspired Baby Shower for Aga!

Today is going to be a fun one! To celebrate Aga's new baby Helena (born earlier this month), the RIC DT is throwing her a virtual baby shower!

I picked this super cute inspiration photo because it made me think of Aga's awesome style:

Oh gosh, that girl is just the sweetest thing! I love the dots, the bow, the little animal shoes, and the black/white/soft gold color combo.

When making my card I initially embossed the base with a swiss dots embossing folder, but thought it looked too busy.  I cut a new card base and embossed it with the PTI Linen impression plate....much better!

I adhered gold leaf to the giraffe die cut (fancy, huh?!) and made a washi tape feather- I got the idea from Laura who got the idea here.
