Good morning!! Today there is a new Runway Inspired Challenge, and I think you will love it!

I used a dark blue Copic marker to color the part of the leaves closest to the branch for more dimension and richer color.  The hardest part of the card to photograph was the bird!  I die cut it from vellum and colored it with markers before gluing to the branch.  I love how clean and simple this card is, and it's almost perfectly flat (no foam tape), so it's a good one to mail :)

I sure do hope you play along...but until then, please check out what everyone made!

Guest Desiger - Betsy Veldman (woohoo!)
Nina Yang - Waffle Flower
Virginia Lu-- Yes, Virginia...
Pamela Ho - miao
Laura Bassen - Doublestick Heaven
Wida Miller-Beachorado
Aga - Just Made From Paper (back from maternity leave...yay!)
Tasnim Ahmed - Cards & Bookmarks

Sadly, today is Laura's last challenge as a DT member.  We are going to miss her so much, but I know she will keep moving on to bigger things! (ummm...like PTI! lol You rock, Laura!)

  6. Been staring at this trying to figure out if that branch die cut is on top of the white cardstock or a negative cut mounted over navy cardstock. Either way, I adore the crisp simplicity of it!
