ric#36

I'm so happy that my blog buddy Debby Hughes is the guest for Runway Inspired Challenge #36!!

There is an über trendy inspiration image for this one...check it out:

source: style.com

This chick is cool, confident, and I adore that sweater. Triangles AND big red buttons...I love it!  But I probably wouldn't tuck my red satiny pants into my red boots, lol.  I think I'd wear the sweater and hat with a pair of dark skinny jeans instead- and the red boots might actually look cool with that!

I inked up an embossing folder with grey ink before running it through my machine- at first I was bummed that I didn't get that perfect letterpress look, but I realized that it looks cool with uneven ink too!  The cassette tape is a tag from We R Memory Keepers- I cut off the loop on the top and edged it with a black marker.

Please go visit my fellow RIC designers:

Guest Designer Debby Hughes - Lime Doodle
Nina Yang - Waffle Flowers
Virginia Lu - Yes, Virginia..
Pamela Ho - miao
Wida Miller - Beachorado

I hope you play along for a chance to win a GC from Ellen Hutson!
