Happy Saturday! I'm excited to share this week's Our Creative Corner challenge...our hostess Vicki wants us to make easel cards!
When I first heard the challenge, I didn't know what an easel card was. A quick google search later gave me beautiful examples to look at, and many tutorials. I made a very CAS square card, perfect for Mother's Day!
Jen, I think I say this every time but I love the simplicity of your style. Always such nice clean lines. This is lovely! I love the "frame" you created around the focal point and placement of your sentiments! Perfect! Have a great weekend!
Jennifer, I love the CAS easel card you made! And, as always, it is stunning! I love the 'window'. What a clever idea! I always think to pop the piece on top. But never to recess in. That's why I love to visit you. You have these great touches that make a card unique and beautiful!

So petty and definitely perfect for Mother's Day. Love the colors and the aperture you created. Just a lovely card.

Amazing how something so CAS can be so lovely! I adore the frame idea! I've tried it before but it never worked as well as yours!
