I just love these colors from OTWC- the blue, brown and white look so elegant together. I made the dress by cutting out a womanly shape (haha) and wrapped it with lace. The hanger was made with some jewelry wire I have, and I sewed it onto the card at the 3 outer points with invisible thread. Hope you like it!
