Flashback Friday 19.0

Today I am participating in the current Flashback Friday Challenge.  This time around, Hazel is asking:

Post your first Clean and Simple card

Oh wow- 99% of everything on my blog is CAS!  So I went back through the archives, and found my first CAS card that I have not already submit to Flashback Friday, from January 23, 2010.

(I tried my best to salvage the dark, poor-quality photo)
