Wednesday Wishlist

I love making wishlists! :)

Yes, it's official. I love wood embellishments!

All I ever hear about is how awesome Fresh Ink is!  I have not purchased any yet, but I might take the plunge once I round up some $$$.  Of course, if I like them, I will feel the need to get every color! Am I ready for that commitment?

Did you see the new stamp set releasing this month from Neat and Tangled? I love these..so versatile! It doesn't seem to be listed in their shop yet, so the link above will bring you to their blog, where you have a chance to win the set.

A great idea!  I never seem to have time to "decorate" an envelope before I send it, but these stamps would make it easy! Even one little stamped detail would make all the difference between that and a plain naked envelope! (PS. SSS is releasing a die that reminds me of this card I made! ha!)

I am SO ready for Spring...bring on the bright colors!

What's on your wishlist this week?

  1. How do you manage to get inside my brain week after week? Are you Houdini or what?

  2. I'll be curious to know your thoughts on the ink, if you get some, I have the gray and yellow pads and I don't love them... not sure if the other colors would be a better fit... I need more Studio Calico wood hearts, must get on that one.

  4. I saw the SSS die the other day and thought of your card! What a coincidence! (Who needs a die when you can do it manually ;)
I heard about those inks a bit, never used them...are they pigment inks? Speaking of inks, did you ever use stampin'up! Ink? They have dye ink on foam (instead of the usual pressed fabric), I was skeptical at first, but they stamp so well! Specially for solid images. Now I want to get them in every color!
By the way, those wood veneer birds look SO good!

  8. Just went to impress yesterday. They have the cutest things ever. Their ink is really super good for rubber stamps but I can tell you with clear esp photo polymer the dye base inks are better. I guess we need both pigment and dye lol. Those round studio g inks are just as good as Impress ink(a lot less expensive too) . Amuse studio uses the exact same ink too and sometimes they have deals. They just came out with new kits I don't think the ink comes in them anymore... Not sure...

  9. Loving this list! I'm with you on everything, except the Fresh Inks. I live in WA, so I picked some up, and actually got rid of the ones I bought. I didn't like them- a couple of the colors didn't even dry on my cards overnight! :/ Hopefully they work better for you though!
