This girl is so. cool. (well, maybe except for the socks/sandals combo!) Just look at her hat, her pose, her expression.

I was definitely inspired by the colors for this one (how perfect is that Oatmeal card base?!?), but I also included a stripe because of her belt as well as the trim on her luggage.

What a sweet card Jennifer! The card base is just perfect, and I love the popped up clouds! By the way, I didn't notice the socks until you mentioned it, and it definitely looks out of place!

ReplyDeleteI thought you lost your mojo? this looks like a whole lot of mojo to me! I actually love this design for a little girls birthday party! looks so princess and it looks like it is just floating. that stripe of blue is pretty cool to like a nod to the sky...
